Count me in for the event and the meal. I will book my hotel for the event in the next few days. This will be great fun :D
I don't have a printer for printing out an e-ticket though :(

I suggest Sabai for the Friday meal.
It's a nice Thai resteraunt right next to the Pavilion Gardens. Reasonably priced, and nice and central [ie close to the bars]. They also serve Chilli Mojitos ;) Alternatively, Las Iguanas would be good for some Brazilian themed drink and food [half price drinks before 7pm too].

I'm currently free on the friday too, but I'm not going to confirm it, because I don't want to book off a whole weekend if I can potentially get some work on the friday.
Saturday's a definite, costumes a possibility... |
