So I finally went in and got the first half of my tattoo done today!! :D
Omg it's so awesome!! I'm to excited to even ..do ...anything... This is only the black work...shading and such... once it heals im going back for her to put some color in, like browns and blues to catch his iridescence and crap, she also decided that white ink would look really good and hold well for my skin tone so shes going to do that to Anyways...here it is!! my boy Eclipse!!! free hand sketch

I love it! ^.^ I can't wait to go in and finish it!! Will be the longest 4 weeks or so of my life waiting for this to heal so i can finish it!! hehe

I searched for a while before I settled with this place, my first draw when I was checking them out is that they will ONLY do custom work, no flash at all.
Then I fell in love with this womans profile, her work looks like oil paintings on skin, it's just amazing! And the cherry on top was that she also runs an animal hospital just down the stairs under the studio.. i know this has nothing to do with artistic talent but it was a big plus for me finding someone to do this particular tattoo who has very similar views of animals as i do... |
