Hi there

Whenever I stretch my septum, apart from the adjusting of the septum to the jewellery, my top two front teeth also hurt :S

Not hurt but like.. If you have sensitive teeth and you eat something that triggers that, then that kind of pain.

It's really odd, is there some kind of nerve that travels down from the nose to the gums/teeth?

when you stretch your septum you're displacing cartilidge.  it causes weird side effects in some people.  odd pains are part of the course.  after 6g mine would give me headaches regularly.

It should go away. I had similar effects from stretching my septum and my conch.

I never got any pain in my teeth from the stretching process but most of the other discomfort is usually gone in a few days I've gotten mine up to 6mm (2g) so the best advice I'd say is grin and bear it but deffinatly leave more time between bigger sizes
I hear them ................ They're walking...................
