I really feel like that is an inaccurate statement. I soaked mine everyday and took very good care of them. :/ Just sayin..the reject, and sometimes it doesn't matter how well you baby them |

Mine only lasted six months. I tried to hold on to it for another month after it started rejecting but finally had it removed. Was pretty pissed about it too as it was a b-day gift to myself.

Had one for 3 years...and another for 1 year...but it lasted 2 years before it was rejected and replaced (1 year since replaced)

I have been dermaled a dozen times in the past 2 1/2 years. I still wear four and they are fine.
Most of the problems I have had with my dermies were seatbelt and dog caused issues. I am rough on piercings. They all have lasted longer then 2 of my 3 surface piercings, 2 of which rejected at the 6 month mark. My first surface piercing is 5 years old and not going anywhere. I do believe the hype on surface anchors to be bullshit. |

All said in good fun. I did end it with "Surface Anchors",the proper term. So yeah, no kidding. By the way, what gauge are your gauges?  |

Yeah the only surface piercing I've ever tried was my eyebrow which grew out within a matter of two weeks. Had it pierced twice more then gave up. I don't think I'll ever have another surface piercing. My microdermal is actually positioned about a cm from where my eyebrow was pierced so I am actually impressed with its two year life span in comparison. |
