The thought of never removing my septum plug, is not a good one. But, I also don't plan to stop stretching yet, so I couldn't not remove mine.

Most of my piercings have the original jewelry I got when they were first pierced (some several years ago).

My anti-tragus piercings have the original jewelry in them too. Never been removed once. Mostly because they're in such a twitchy area that it'd be a pain in the ass to get them back in once they're out.
I like to take out my jewelry every month and give it a really thorough cleaning. |
