Hi!

I never liked pubic hair so I started shaving as a teenager, now I pluck the remaining hair with tweasers so that almost no hair grows att all.
Tell me if you think hair removal should be thought as a body mod or not and why? How do you do? Let it grow, shave it off, use tweasers or wax.

i think you could look at it as a modification because your doing a type of surgery to modify how you look. but this is coming from someone that thinks regular eyebrow lazer removal is a mod because your body naturally grows hair on your eyebrow

Anything you do to change the appearance of your body is considered a mod.  It does not matter how simple it is.  A haircut, manicure, waxing are all forms of body modification. As mild as they may be.

It's a modification, but not something for the site.
21Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?

22Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

Though it shouldn't show up in your mods it doesn't mean it cant be discussed here. Especially if you use laser hair removal or do other extravagant things with your hair. Personally I don't think I could tweaze out my pubes I'll stick to shaving. I have given a lot of thought to laser hair removal on my back but currently its not a huge pressing problem and I have more important things to spend my money on.

I think maybe extensive laser hair removal could be a modification of sorts to be posted on the website, but not shaving or using tweezers.. It's a bit more permanent, no?

I know shaving is not a mod but I wonder if I would grow back all my pubs if I would let it grow back? Shaving only alters the look but Laser treatment and maybe extensive tweasing could cause permanent hair loss in different degrees. Piercing is neither something permanent because you all know what happens if you leave a hole without something in it, the hole disapears! Do keep on posting your thoughts about hair removal! :-)

by definition it is modification, but it isnt really enough of a mod for this site. BUT you are encouraged if you want to start a forum thread about shaving so that others like you can find it. BEWARE you may get fetishists on that thread well because shaving hair is a fetish too.
