Hey folks, been a while since I was last on the forums--last one was me suggesting what I was planning/thinking of for a stomach tattoo with a background and what not. So its done/nearly done. My dragon is now drawfed by a gigantic pheonix that goes from my armpit onto my things and is floating in space, complete with galxies nebulas. I didnt want to use the sunset thing as my artist said that it would be red overload, with the black it pops quite nicely. I have about 7-12 hours worthof work left on colouring and we will be done. But as I look in the mirror I realise how silly it looks. The entire tattoo is framed by wisps/clouds/nebula, going onto my butt, chest, thighs yet completly avoids my pubic area and looks like I I/we were trying to avoid it.The entire thing just curves out of the way and goes from solid black (even inside my belly button) to major detour.

So heres where I could use some help, My artist has said she has no problem with doing that..but I move shortly and am unsure what I would get with about a 3-4.5 inch band to work with before we go off of the mound (I beilive I would be comfortable with a partial penis tattoo as well)
Secondly would another artist have any problems touching another atsists work, especially in that region.
Thirdly Has anyone ever like..scared anybody away with having their pubic area tattooed, awkward situations or anything like that (I have no visible tattoos unless I take off my shirt).

as for the tattoo, you should get some one to draw it out and see how you feel about it.

everything else should go smoothly.

The awkwardness of ink avoiding your pubic region but not the areas around it makes sense to me.

Would not be turned off at all by pubic tattoos, could be quite the opposite depending on content and form of tattoo, but I personally am not really into the idea of tattooing on the penis. Then again, I guess it really depends on what it is. Little intricate designs or something might be flattering, but I feel like it would be easy to over-do...

Did you want an extension of the large piece you already have, moving inward on the pelvic region, or were you thinking about getting something that is relatively unrelated to the other stuff you have?

This would be much easier to explain if I had photos, theirs like swirls/clouds along the sides that frame most of i, they varry in darkness but most are dark black, thats what I was thinking of taking down, but I wonder if it would look odd, or if something else should go in that space.

Like I said theirs still alot of colour to be added, I dont use cell phones so no camerea that way and my current one is in a box somewhere =/. The artsist will take photos I am hoping and I will put them here lol in a week or so.
