I didn't think most "legit" shops did genital piercings on people under 18 anyway. Not just due to the whole being a minor thing, but because sometimes people are still maturing physically at that age?

Another thing i'd like to add to this....seeing as its causing people to kick off at each other ''dont judge etc''
the guy said his 16 yr old son saw his older brother had a piercing and was intruigued.... now he also stated they have a 'close relationship' and that he himself has a genital piercing..... now i know i have seen my father naked plenty...and if so close, said son would have seen his fathers piercing years ago.... so yeah. bollocks to this tale. |

Never mind whether it's normal to want that pierced. If normal was all that mattered this forum wouldn't exist.
This is why good shops don't do those piercings on kids, parent's permission given or otherwise. They probably aren't ready to take good care of a piercing there if they are impatient enough to let the sleazy place in town -near- their junk. If I had a penis to get pierced, I would insist on going to the best place in the area if not for the next few hundred miles. Explain to your boys that they only get one penis and should wait to be able to go somewhere good that knows what they're doing. |

In most places it's illegal to pierce private areas of a mino or preform a piercings where those parts are visible. Even with parental consent. However, I think your 16 year old just wants it because his older brothers have it and he's trying to fit in with them.

I think it's a gay idiot telling his fantasies. I don't think any tattoo studio would perform genital tattoo on underage. In any country of the world it's rape-torture-barbarity, and you face jail for that.
Even a guy like me, quite open minded for any kind of bullshit (that is I tattoo penises, I tattoo underage with parents being there, I even don't have problems to do facial tattoos on underage with parental consent) would never do that, and I have some kind of world reputation of really doing ANY bullshit. In 99.999% of cases, when I don't do it, nobody does it. Believe me. So. Almost nobody tattoos underage (even here in Belgium where it's legal). Almost nobody tattoos penises. Almost nobody pierces genital underage. Almost nobody shows his penis to family members. On the other hand, the web is packed with masturbating motherfuckers. Uhm, I don't even want to share some of the crazy stories from the Army when I was in Iraq... That joke pales in comparison! hah Long haul convoys and sleep deprivation combined with OD levels of caffeine and the random near death experiences here and there make ya do crazy stuff!
