I stretched my earlobe 6 years ago, I was impatient and ripped a small part of my earlobe so after a few years of not wearing a tunnel I still have a 20mm earlobe I can't shrink back.

I would like to get an earlobe recon but have no idea what this entails, who I should go to, how much is a reasonable price (I am a student).

So really I would like some advice or recommendation. I currently live in Birmingham however I can travel London bound.
