At the moment I have a 00g PA and have been this size for about 18months. I want to go up to a 000g so I used a 12mm stretcher and painful though it was I managed to fit the new jewellery (circular barbell) The problem was every time I wanted to pee I couldn't because the piercing was so tight. I had to half remove the barbell so that I could 'go'. This was very impractical especially at work so I have gone back to 00g.

Any advice? A PA is different to most piercings in that 'o' rings are impossible to use there and the jump from 00g to 000g is 2mm?

Looking back it seems a comical situation but it bloody hurt LOL!

I would say this has more to do with the size of your urethral opening. If the jewlery blocks it then MAYBE there are some things to do (sounding?) to stretch it, but that is not my area of expertise

try using heavier jewellery, i pierced my pa to help stretch my urethra. and both hols have since stretched. i am at mm and only slip the larger size when it has opened itself. cant imagine te pain of tapering my pa at that size. i did it from 2.4 to 3mm and it hurt!
