Can any piercers tell me whether it is and if so, any advice?

Do you have a clearer picture of your ear (or could you take one)?

From that picture it kind of looks like your anatomy is a bit off for a daith piercing (could just be the picture though).

Unfortunately my camera only produces those quality pictures, I had heard that before and went in and told him that I was told I couldn't get one but he reassured me that I would be able to. Now it isn't lying flat and I called him only to have him tell me that it is because we didn't remove any tissue but once the swelling goes down it will look fine.

The angle looks fine to me, are you just worried because the ring isn't sitting flat against the back of your ear?
Do you still have this piercing? How is it healing?

I've got problems of my own, but not the kind that can be solved with an atom bomb.
