Hey folks,
Bit of advice here please, Each morning when i wake up i find the bottom ball on my furthest back tongue piercing is being swallowed by my tongue. I have tried upsizing the ball and a longer bar, so before i take it out for good, is there anything else anyone can suggest? Thanks! This is generally what it looks like in the morning, and can be quite sore to pop it back out

Have you tried switching it to a labret stud with a wider, flat disc back?

No problem.
 I hope it works. If anything and it doesn't end up working a few other things to try would be a circular barbell (It would probably be a little awkward, but at least it would help keep the piercing open while the bottom of your tongue returned to normal) and a ufo tongue barbell, but with the ufo end on the bottom.

you could try stretching a size, i don't know if it would break you tongue project or anything but it would make the hole tighter (if you know what i mean)

You could also check out a NoPull Piercing Disc. Pretty cheap option and does a wonderful job!

My girlfriend used one for a helix that was causing problems. She loved it! I gave the second option because I like buying anything for my piercings sterilized if I can and thats all they sell. Their selection kind of sucks right now though :/ Hope you find something that works! |

So i got a flat disc, and a slightly longer bar, tightened up quick enough, new ball on the bottom, no issues :) |
