Is it possible to remove the scrotum and just have testicles without the sac? What are some issues with this?

so many issues i couldn't even begin to number them, but just be aware that it's dangerous to even pierce into your scrotum because of the absurd risk of infection directly to your testes

No
1. Your testicles have a passage through to your abdominal cavity so you would get peritonitis and die. 2. Your testes would dry out and be too sore to touch. |
