I just got my dermals 5 days ago. I got 4 done; 2 on my back dimples and 2 on my ass cheeks. 3 of them look great! But the other one is bruised and the skin is on top of part of it, but absolutely no sign of redness or infection. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Go to the piercing studio and ask them to look at it. The problem is probably be due to swelling which will go down but it might not be that so it is certainly worth checking what the piercer thinks.
