Nice and friendly little tattoo shop in Belgium.
Shop's policy is that I tattoo everything you ask (as long as it's legal). I don't have areas I don't tattoo, and don't have tattoos I refuse to do. And if I think you do something stupid, I'll tell you, but will always leave you the final choice. So beware, freedom is cool, but it can also be dangerous.
Oh... and if you as facial tattoos, it's quite possible I'll do it for free, cuz I like to do it :o)
